Late to this party, but whatever. I enjoyed him as Aragorn, saw Eastern Promises, but my fave movie is Hidalgo, because I love the epic adventure, the desert, and also because this is a man who knows how to ride. He is at one with the horse, no doubt. I could watch that forever.
I read up on him as well, and he is an artist and not clamouring for fame and worship. Total respect for that. I don’t think he’s a great actor, anywhere in RA’s league though.
If he rides again, I will definitely be there!
