Peter Jackson announced Tolkien Week to mark the 75th anniversary of the publication of The Hobbit. There will be a new trailer airing September 19th, some special content some time this week, and World Hobbit Day aka the combined birthdays of Bilbo and Frodo finishing off the event.
Oh yeah, I’m wondering about the “special content.”
Maybe we’ll get the premiere dates?
No, that would be too easy. LOL!
Whatever we get, I just want to state that I like Peter Jackson in yellow. Yep, styling in yellow. Needs to wear that more often. :D

Very fun! I have been so incredibly busy, that I didn’t realize there was such a thing as “Hobbit Week.”
Does this mean that I should wear my Arwen costume all around central Kentucky???
Hmmmm.
I think my kid would like that, but I might get stopped by one too many police officers.

Very interesting – I’m wondering what the “special” might be as well. With Peter at the helm it should be interesting.
My guess is that the special content will be more stills and/or another vblog. The premiere dates will probably be released in the next month because they’re going to have to start the promo tour some time in October.
Dying to know what the “Special Content” is too! Peter J is such a neat guy! Don’t you just want to hug him?
