What, Which, Why, and How Long?

I’ve been debating with myself about doing this challenge. The only thing keeping me from it is wondering if I can say anything fresh. I don’t think I’ve said anything fresh on this blog for probably two years, so it’s hard to think I’ll do it now. But maybe I’ll talk myself into taking a crack at it. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to reading others’ thoughts about it. And thank you Guylty for something to ponder.

  1. I think whether people think what they have to say is ‘fresh’ depends on perspective.
After all, over two or three years fandoms change (this one has), the careers and lives of people we admire change (certainly true of RA) our views of these things and of ourselves change. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. I would interested in what you have to say.

  2. I, too, am interested in your replies to these prompts. If I promise to read every word and, most likely, post smart-ass comments….

  3. Cill, I appreciate it. Mostly, I shy away from it because I’m not kidding when I say I’ve been busy, and I hate to get started and then stop in the middle. If I can get them all written before I post, I’ll do it; otherwise, I’ll refrain

  4. AB, LOL! Oh, I know I count on your input. : D

  5. I think the problem with these challenges is that people always seem to be doing them in a rush, in a certain order, trying to fill all of them. It seems like a test or an assignment, which would take the fun out of it for me.
I’d like to see a blogging challenge with wasn’t done in order, or in a particular number of days or weeks. But that’s just me.
I’d be happy to see you do any amount of these, in any order.

  6. Maybe you could just pick out 3 or 4 that jump out at you :)

  7. I know where you are coming from, Frenz – but maybe you could see the challenge also as a way of learning a bit about your blogging self as it changes over time, re-evaluating your approach to blogging etc. In any case, there is no obligation to answer all questions – or to do them in the sequence that I perceived them in. Anyway, thanks for linking me in!

  8. I will probably do it. I just want to have several pieces written before I start.

You’re welcome, and thanks again for bringing the idea. : )
