Gone But Not For Long

In case it’s not obvious, I’m on a bit of a hiatus from the blog but will return shortly. Currently I’m spending a lot of time with my two children who will be leaving soon for college. One will be almost 500 miles away. The other will be 1,500 miles away. Sob. So I’m spending almost every spare minute with them. It’s wonderful but doesn’t leave much time for my nonsense here. Yes, I’m really going to return because this foolishness is addictive, and how could I stay away from Richard Armitage watching for long?! Maybe I’ll be back tomorrow, but I doubt it. Maybe day after tomorrow. :D

While I’m gone, I’ll be pondering all sorts of questions about Richard Armitage, and if you’re new and curious about something to ponder, there is plenty here to think about. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, then perhaps one of the other RA blogs or websites will be helpful. See The Addict List or Places to Get a Fix, respectively.

  1. We miss you, Frenz :(

By the way, did you hear yet – Spooks has been axed – Series 10 will be the last. Decision taken by Kudos rather than the BBC. I guess we will see the end of the Harry/Ruth story now.

  2. Enjoy your kids Frenz! My oldest is going to college this year also, but fortunately he doesn’t have to leave home, but I can perfectly understand you wanting to spend as much time as you can with them.

Now, about your proposal: Can I just gaze at the photo you posted without pondering at all? *sigh*.

    Hugs,
    Cristina

  3. Have a great time with the family, Frenz. See you in a bit! :)

  4. My “baby” will be leaving for school next year. It’s hard to see them go, particularly when they will be so far away. So enjoy them while you can.

  5. I completely understand. I have little ones and will be spending a lot of time with them before they go off to school in the fall. Enjoy the time with your kids. We will be here when you come back. Love your blog. :):) Can’t believe Spooks is axed! Well, it had a good 10 year run. I guess Richard’s role wasn’t going to last anyway if the BBC isn’t going to renew after this last tenth season. Good thing he jumped on the Hobbit movie. I love Spooks. I will miss it.

  6. We miss your posts but totally understand. It must be hard to see two children leave the nest! Hope you are enjoying these last few days with them at home. Looking forward to reading you again soon.

  7. It will be a different house for you in the fall. Enjoy this time as you can and try not to stress too much :)

Wow, the end of Spooks in sight.
